FITNESS

Fitness is activity like a sport, it’s physical activity, and it also means having positive energy. Fitness helps you feel better and have more energy for work and leisure time. You’ll feel more able to do things like playing with kids, gardening, dancing etc. Children and teens who are fit may have more energy and better focus at school. It also helps you manage your weight, when you stay active and fit you burn more calories. If you have some problem with your health, you must say it to your fitness instructor and he’ll give another practice for you. Some of the important suggestions are:



 -Eat 2-3 hours before practice




-Don’t drink alchohol
You want to give up alcohol?
Then join the group.




-Don’t smoke - live a healthy life !!!






Being fitter also helps you to sleep better and keep your mind sharp.


I think that the fitness is a very good hobby for everyone, because all of us need some positive energy, relax. And healthy life. I have been going on fitness for 2 years, and after each class I feel like I can touch the sky and it’s so cool! TRY IT!
